Red light therapy is one of the most well-studied non-invasive therapies available, with an excellent safety profile across thousands of clinical trials. It produces no UV radiation, causes no burns, and has no known significant side effects when used at appropriate parameters. A small number of patients experience mild fatigue or slight skin sensitivity after early sessions — both of which resolve quickly and typically disappear after the first few sessions as the body adjusts. We'll review your health history before your first session to confirm it's a good fit.

Not at all. Red light therapy uses specific therapeutic wavelengths — there's no UV radiation involved. You're not tanning. You're stimulating your cells.

Many patients notice something after a single session — usually a sense of calm, reduced tension, improved energy, and/or 2–3 inches lost. Consistency matters more than frequency: 2–3 sessions per week is generally more effective than cramming sessions together. Results accumulate over time, and most patients find that a maintenance schedule sustains and extends their progress.

No special preparation is required. Wear minimal, comfortable clothing — the more skin exposure, the more effective the session, as light must reach the skin to be absorbed. Avoid applying heavy creams or oils before your session, as these can block light transmission. We provide a private, comfortable space for your session. No SPF needed (this is not UV light), and no downtime after — you're free to return to your full day immediately.
