Her Story

Dr. Christina Knox founded Proper Balance Health & Wellness Center in 2006 with a vision that was ahead of its time: a clinic that blends advanced chiropractic care with regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, and aesthetic treatments under one roof. Not as add-ons. As an integrated system.

A graduate of National University of Health Sciences (2001), Dr. Knox spent years watching the same story repeat itself—patients shuttled from specialist to specialist, treated in disconnected pieces, never given a complete picture of what was actually happening inside their body or why. She became a doctor to change that.
